Fritz arrived in 2004 after his caretakers found out about CFN at the pet fair in April. They ended up with Fritz when an acquaintance asked them if they wanted a gerbil. They realized immediately that Fritz was most definitely NOT a gerbil, but since one of their relatives had wanted a ferret, they kept him until the relative could meet him. Unfortunately Fritz was not on his best behavior and played much too rough for their comfort, so they decided to turn him over to CFN to find a new home. We think Fritz is between 1 and 2 years old. Fritz has lots of energy and needs a lot of out of cage play time. He was a problem at first with his bad socialization skills, but he has not had an episode of inappropriate play behavior in quite some time. He should still go to an experienced ferret home where he can get a lot of rough housing with other ferrets.
