Since: March 6, 2004 Io is sponsored by a family of ferret fanatics. Kelly and Robert Dowell have a family of human kids in addition to their four four-legged kids, two of which were adopted from CFN February 2005: Io has been living in a foster home since early 2003 where she has learned to coexist with the foster parent's personal pets. In mid 2004 Io started having problems with low blood sugar and has been on prednisone ever since. |
