Lemur is a real character! He recently was placed in foster home where he is getting very spoiled. The recently discovered that he has a heart problem that causes fluid to collect in his chest and makes it hard for him to breath. He is on a heart medication that is supposed to make his heart work more efficiently and he is also on medication to remove the fluid from his chest. When the medications are at the right dose he is still very playful and follows his foster parent like a puppy. We know it is time to adjust his medication or tap his chest to remove excess fluid when he starts coughing or stays in his cage sleeping without enough energy to play with his buddy Monkey Man.
